Our first EMDR Sussex picnic on Saturday 11th July from 3pm! We'll be meeting on Hove Lawns, at the bottom of 3rd Avenue in Hove from 3pm. This is an informal chance to meet other EMDR therapists from the Sussex area, connect, chat and even have a cheeky dip in the sea! Further details can be found on our eventbrite listing here - but pop us in your diary. We know how those summer days get filled up pretty quickly!
It's absolutely free to attend, we're asking you to book via eventbrite so we've an idea of numbers for nibbles and refreshments. Bring a chair or blanket to get comfy on. See you in the sunshine!
PLEASE NOTE: If the weather is windy or rainy (the joys of coastal locations!) then the picnic will be cancelled. Unfortunately, we won't be able to contact you individually so please check the weather on the day :)
